Osprey spotted on West Coast yesterday (Wed) RSPB Malltraeth.
Could be one of the Pairs breeding in North and Mid Wales this Year, or even possibly one of the Young.
Possibly only passing through as this Bird could be on his/her Migration route to Africa for the Winter.

Good news Redman. Seems to have been a good year for new Ospreys. Rutland has produced 10 fledglings. It'll be interesting to see what the numbers returning next year will be like

Agree Milvus, they seem to be turning up at new locations this Year which is a good thing.
10 Fledglings at Rutland is good news so hopefully more will breed at different UK locations next Year
I think you are right. It's been quite crowded not only with fledglings but also with year one and two pre-mating birds having also returned. A lot of Ospreys in the air! They'll be needing Air Traffic Control next
