Lovely sunny warm, calm day here in East Midlands .... what happened to that blustery rainy weekend which the forecaster said was typically Autumn? Glad we didn't get it but frustrated at just how wrong the forecast always is ......

Some of the weather forecasts, in recent months, don't seem to have been as accurate as one might expect, considering all that high-tech equipment that the forecasters have. I know that weather can change between a forecast being written out and being broadcast, but even so...

Lovely up here in Scotland too...
Since the forecasters got all their new technology the forecasting accuracy has gone right down the tubes.
Best way is just to look out the window in the morning.

We always say being a weather forecaster would be a great job - no boss on your back to meet targets or to adhere to objectives - Ah well, just stick a pin in - you will still be paid come rain come shine!!
