So then..will take the cork from a Old Vines Grenache Noir 2010
to do justice to 2nd day Lasagne..with chips..yeah I know..classy.yum

A ripe and generously fruity red with flavours of mullberries and brambles.
A superb match for rustic Mediterranean dishes.

Risotto out of freezer with Pimms. Delicious

Very nice with my Aldi pepperoni pizza :+)
dumbed down with supermaket burgers, but deli ones mind, and last time had them, as long as you don't add too much oil, they were quite nice for a change. topped with some extra thick chips, more wedge like, and perhaps a splodge or two of ketchup. Really pushing the boat out tonight.

I foresee 4 pleasant evenings so far..though no dessert mentioned.
Got some Cherry Garcia in the freezer,if it is needed during Uni Challenge!
sausages, broc and cauli in cheese sauce, potato and carrot mash/crush. washed down with some leftover fizz from saturday and a glass or two of redwood creek california merlot.
sitting here waiting for the timer to buzz to tell me it's all ready :o)

Never had carrot/potato mash,is it good?..are those sweet potatoes?
My mums carrot/swede/pepper/butter mash is lovely,to accompany Sunday Roast :0)
What's Cherry Garcia? I haven't heard of that. We just had yoghurts (how boring is that?)

plums, oranges, kiwi fruit, with low cal fruit yogurt, seems a bit pointless with all the high in fats stuff but have to compensate..

No need to thaw the pizza.

You can cook it from frozen.

I, on the other hand, AM thawing, with a glass of red. And for later, I have some Roquefort coming up to room temp, and a bottle of dessert wine in the fridge.
