Plastic surgery.

I am going to have cosmetic surgery done, but I wanted to know something. Is America cheaper than Europe for plastic surgery? Which is the cheapest European country for good plastic surgery?

from what I have read and seen South Africa is supposed to be very good, as is Spain. But the Eastern bloc countries should be avoided like the plague.

I saw a program about American plastic surgery tourists who went to Poland (I think) in coaches and got work done extra cheap on a package holiday. Don't know about spammylou's warning - probably true but might be worth looking into.

Don't forget follow up appointments. You woud have to stay at least until stitches were out where-ever you go, so you would have to have suitable (clean) accommodation whilst you waited.
