I look like a badly bred badger!

Ever said to yourself "how hard can that be", "ooh that's a good idea, I'll give that a go", "what could possibly go wrong". Im sure Scott (of the Antartic fame) probably said the same thing, perhaps to his wife, over breakfast, when a little disgruntled with her husband's holiday plans I'm sure she probably said something like "Well why don't we try Corfu darling? I hear the weather's delightful?" . . . But no Scott put his size 9's firmly down and insisted on a jolly to the ends of the earth! . . . I now know how he feels ;-)
I attempted home hi-lights . . . Mistake no 1. Actually mistake No.1 should be that I thought my mousey (with grey) hair could resemble Claudia Schiffers ice blonde locks.
I now resemble the bastard offspring of an angry badger and feral ginger Tom. Tell me I'm not alone in hair disasters?

The deed was done on a Monday evening and my hairdresser is closed on a Tuesday. I'd to go to a local salon to have it sorted - two attempts to cover it! Cost a fortune too, learned my lesson, I never colour at home now.
