Fees on Ebay for revising an item

I have just been charged a 10p. fee for revising a listing on Ebay,have they changed their fees?
I have never been charged before and all I did was add some more words to the title

Thats new to me also, follyfancier - I have never seen that before.
Was it in the subtitle box?
I think that might be extra.

no ,not as far as I know I added it to the main line where you put a title,
on the fees it is put as a listing fee but it should be free at 99p (didn,t exceed the 100 items total) they were free yesterday when I listed it
mm are you you just revised and didnt relist?
There are no fees for revising a listing - you must have added a new section to advertise in when you changed the title

Apparently there is a glitch that can, in about 1/100 listing tick boxes for you that you had unticked when you revise - it's most likely that

they have admitted that it was their mistake "a technical error has occured" and I should get a credit for it
