I knew a joke about that but unfortunately I have forgotten the middle section. I remember it involved a group of deaf and dumb people from the North East out on a bus trip who called into a pub on the way home. When the landlord asked where they were from one guy beat his breast and struck his lighter. The landlord said, "I see, you're from Hartburn". I have forgotten what the second guy said but I know that when the third guy went to the bar the landlord said, "If he's from Cockermouth he ain't getting served!"
