House hunting..

I was being shown round a house by an estate agent the other day, and as we entered the hallway I heard the distinct tones of black voices singing
in the what I could only describe as the cellar, as it was coming from underneath. I said to the estate agent "can you hear that, that singing".
He said "yeh""
I said "well, what is it" He said its the Foundations"
