if you are Circulated as WANTED in UK FOR PUBLIC Disorder Section4 can you travel to rest of Europe or will be Extradited since it is very minor offence

The Police, courts etc could tell the passport agency to put a note on it so when you leave the UK and your passport get's checked, you will be arrested there and then but im not sure what would happen if you were able to leave.

Passports are not checked (by immigration that is - the airline and airport security will) when leaving the UK - it would be coming back that there would be problems, if any.

If it is actually a minor offence (it doesn't sound like it to me) I doubt if there would be any.

I don't think Europe wide wanted notices are issued for minor offences .

Public disorder section 4 is an offence of using offensive / insulting words or behavior with the additional threat of violence. Insulting someone and threatening to kill them would come under Section 4 . You say '' it is a very minor offence'' on what do you base that assumption?
If you are charged with a S4 offence that is sufficiently serious for a EU warrent to be issued you can expect to be arrested if you are identified at a border or passport control.
