I was sent details of a choice of 3 jobs to apply for, I read all 3 descriptions and chose a specific one. Needed to apply online.
Went to the website, selected the correct job title, filled in all 8 sections which took absolutely ages, then pressed send. It was then that I realised that I have filled in all my relevant experience and qualifications for job 3 - under job 2 !! So it will make no sense whatsoever when they get it.

Lol, it was 3 different positions within the same company. Ive had no choice but to ring them up and explain, luckily the woman laughed and said easy mistake to make. (probably making notes at same time saying DO NOT INTERVIEW THIS WALLY)
