My Blood Is Running Cold

You know when you say to someone...Oh I sent you a text...and they reply.. Hmmm..didn't get a text....you think...Oh you probably did and forgot? Well this has been happening to me quite a bit lately.
This morning I used my mobile phone book to call a friend. I got the answer phone of a different friend. Tried again.....same thing and this time she answered....the wrong friend that is. So, using the mobile phone book I wrote down the number of the friend I wanted, dialed carefully and got the wrong friend again..very different number.
She asked if I had sent, signed with just an initial, texts last week when I was in a cross mood about an impending visit.....I had...but not to her...They should have gone to family...well whoops!
So...calls I make are not so bad....just a nuisance, but I am trying to think what I may have said in all my crosspatch texts last week and.....who the hell received them!
Wouldn't I be useless having a clandestine affair. :-(
