Not A Joke - Just A Question About One
This might be a long shot but here goes.
I seem to remember some years ago - and I think it was a few - a DJ or TV Announcer had a bet with a colleague that he could get the phrase 'Phil the Greek' in his commentary about a royal family (or maybe just him and Lizzy) event.
He did manage it in such a way that 99% of the listeners did not realise it was a derogatory remark.
Anyone remember the incident and how he got away with it?
TIA.
