young lady goes to that tattoo parlour and asks for a tattoo to be done on her 'most intimate part'

the artist asks her if she is absolutely certain she wants one there, as even with anaesthetic used, there would still be some pain

she assures him that she will be fine, and requests that he proceed

as soon as he begins, she let's out the loudest blood-curdling shrieking he has ever witnessed, and tearfully begs him to cease

"i'm sorry" he says, "shall i numb some more?". "yes please" she gasps

so he moves in ......... "num - num - num - num - num - num"
