Last year I inherited my mother's almost new Coolzone fridge-freezer as extra storage...It's quite small and I thought it would be handy.
I've never been able to get the fridge to stay at an acceptable temperature but it was okay for wine til it started to freeze. Then last week the freezer began to defrost. I cleaned and sorted everything and made sure the door shut properly. It worked perfectly when I was using it at Mum's.
When I went into the utility room today I could feel the heat coming from it. I touched the side, back and freezer door and they were unbearably hot.
Think I shall bin it but would love to know why the outside of this is getting so very hot. My other fridge freezer is fine as is the under counter fridge in the utility room....any ideas?
Tony...that's a great help...thanks. Maybe too close to the back wall and I think the doors may not close as well as they should...so
I shall look at all of that and get it running again with a fridge thermometer to see what happens...
ThanksGx
