the last few days have not been too good.
ibs playing up - thank goodnhess for imodium
arm hurting - thank goodness for painkillers and brace however working steadily although slowly i have managed.

the better news - house reasonably clean; beds made up for guests (hope seven is enough); lots of baking done, or ready in the freezer; meat for bbq and other meals eg breakfast bought; balloons bought. will get fresh salad and veg on friday am. what have i forgotten

i'm going to have a cuppa now - does anybody else want one?

Sorry you've not been well. I suffer from ibs too. Have to make sure I know where all the toilets are before I can leave the house. I try to manage without painkillers as much as possible as they make me constipated.
Doctor's tell you to avoid stress but not always easy.
I'd love a cup of tea and a gingernut with mine please. I have to have a dunk!

sorry no viennese whorls - oaty things; ginger; shortbread and choccie chip are all i've done them. got samplings of cakes though, choc brownies, lemon drizzle; carrot; coffee and walnut and bara brith.

coming all this way i want them to relax and enjoy themselves.

eccles - my neghbours' pigs smell sometimes;
have got to have fly netting up to the windows;
swallows nesting in porch leave a lot of poo behind;
next doors dog likes to poo in our garden;
the badgers leave poo behind.
freezer not big enough.
