This has happened to me too so I've usually phoned them and they then sent me the confirmation. Of course it cost me, once there was a live chat for free and I could confirm without calling but cannot find that option now. I hate Ryanair.
So do I.
I booked flights with Ryanair last night - it's a pig of a website to use, and it took about an hour and I lost all the details twice, but when I finally got it to accept my booking, the email confirmation including the important flight reservation number came through to my In Box in minutes. I wouldn't use Ryanair (detest the man!) but the flights are much cheaper than others, so needs must!
I'd try and ring piggynose. Not booked with them but certainly Flybe and easyjet e-mail confirmations come through almost immediately.
Ann, have you ever compared the total price you pay with Ryanair to British Airways fares? We often get BA flights just as cheaply as we would with Ryanair - so it really is worth looking. So much more civilised.
piggynose, call the English number, it's not too expensive and at least you know what you're on about.

When I last booked my details wouldn't come through website crashed and then I was billed for 2 extra (same ) flights, they did reimburse me, but what a beggar!
Agree with Naomi, love BA but some silly husband of mine went ahead and booked Ryanair, I could have murdered him. I am paying 70€ one way Ibz-Stansted so not that cheap!!
Naomi - I checked Ryanair against Monarch and it was nearly half the price! Must have a look at BA but need to go from East Mids x
Other airlines really are worth checking, Ann. By the time Ryanair add on all their extras, you often end up paying just as much for a totally rubbish service.
Have they taken the money, Piggy?

sorry for the delay folks.
sorted, it turned outi hadn't booked the flight in the 1st place, due to one oversight, when i tried to pay for the flight, they asked if i was going to pay by debit or credit card, i of course said debit, the right answer was credit!!
i remembered from a previous flight from last year. whoops.
BA, is you having a laugh? the last time i tried to book a flight if i remember, you couldn't get the date you wanted, and silly prices.
