Strange Use For A Conker!!!!

A collegue decided to show me a strange clip on his phone just now.
A naked woman bending over whilst another woman fires conkers from a slingshot (still in the spikey green shell) at her backside. The climax of the clip is the last conker actually lodging in her bum.

The obvious quetion for me is.... WHY??
