Three Dates
After waiting more than an hour and a half for her date, the young lady decided she had been stood up.
She changed from her dinner dress into pyjamas’ and slippers, made herself a coffee and resigned herself to an evening of TV.
No sooner had she flopped down in front of the TV than her doorbell rang.
There stood her date.
He took one look at her and gasped, "I'm two hours late . . . and you're still not ready?"
A boy took a girl out on her first date.
When they pulled off into a secluded area around midnight, the girl said, "My mother told me to say no to everything."
"Well," he said, "do you mind if I put my arm around you?"
"No," the girl replied.
"Do you mind if I put my other hand on your leg?"
"No," the girl said.
"You know," said the boy, "We're going to have a lot of fun if you follow your mother's advice."
A protective father took his daughter's first boyfriend to one side for a little chat.
"I hope you're going to treat my daughter properly," he said.
"I want her to know the difference between right and wrong."
The boy said: "I imagine you've brought her up to know what's right, haven't you?"
"Yes, I have."
"That's good. Well, now I'm taking care of the wrong."
