A signer with no facial expressions...or even very limited ones would be like you hearing a conversation under water.
Hi, Pixie...we didn't rely a great deal on lip reading....it was as much the expression.
e.g If I was signing to you.....I went to London for the day.....the expression on my face would tell you whether I had had a wonderful day or a really tiring and miserable day......xx
