Keys Lost In September

were returned to me, special delivery, yesterday!

I now have a proliferation of useless keys.

where did you lose them? or is a stupid point.... because how does anyone know where to send them to, unless they have your address...

They had a Sentinel Protection key fob, emmie. Someone had posted them to Sentinel and Sentinel then sent them back to me.

It was car keys, house keys, all of which have now been changed.

i dropped mine in the new forest and found them 5 years later!

did you lose a bag with all your details in home address and such, as that would be a reason to change all the locks.? if not and you just lost the keys, have a house and car key as spare somewhere on your person. i do and has saved me from enormous hassle, and cash outlays to get the locks changed.

I do now have spares, emmie. It was a lesson learned.

mine was a very expensive one, 225 quote from the council to change the locks, paid upfront as well, not sure how they thought i had that sort of money on me, seeing as i was locked out of the house, half a day and much hassle to sort out, 175 quid as well from a private locksmith, though i was able to claim on the insurance...

i lost my bunch of keys at christmas time spent hours looking for them ,then realised id put them in the conservatory door in the morning when i opened up ,grey moment lol

Ron, I did actually ring the company and thank them for sending them back.

However, having changed the door locks and having bought a new set of car keys...................'I now have a proliferation of useless keys.'

You could varnish them and make yourself a necklace.

I once lost my house keys and car keys whilst visiting a relative in hospital, they also contained a protected key fob, luckily we had spare set as the car keys would be £90+ to replace, one month later I had a call from the company to say a woman had found the keys in her husband's brief case I went to the house and collected them apparently her husband had found them in the hospital instead of handing them in had put them in his briefcase then forgot, what a stupid man.
