Took the three youngest grandchildren there today. They absolutely loved it.
They liked it so much more than Dick Whittingtons. They played for hours on mountains of hay bales with lots of other children. The animals were super too. Lots of different goats, kids, sheep, lambs. Alpacas and pigs. At feeding time they got to hold a wide assortment of animals including giant whistling cockroaches and enormous millipedes they were about 10inches long and all there little legs tickled the kids. The weather certainly helped, it was a gorgeous day. They already want to know when we can go back. So anyone in sticking distance of Much Marcle I thoroughly recommend it.

Did you point at the pigs and lambs and say "you'll be eating those next week"?

Boo that is awful, I'm not going to be responsible for turning them vegetarian.
Awww no point having small children around and not terrify 'em and ensure they'll need future therapy sessions.
at least she didn't tell them they'd be eating whistling cockroaches.

(Did you?)

Especially not after it did a doodadh on eldests hand!
Mini Boo once held her sandwich out for a lamb at an animal farm, and it ate it- I think she was secretly quite gleeful when I told her she'd get her revenge when Larry would be on her dinner plate later that week.

(I'm joking- though a lamb really did eat her butty)
