Just thought I`d post this http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/breakfast-bars-55 as my friend`s husband made us some the other day and they were lovely. I don`t usually eat this sort of thing because it`s like eating cardboard but they were delicious. He doesn`t use the sesame seeds and uses normal dry roasted peanuts as he thought the uncooked ones were a bit bitter. There is a weightwatchers friendly version which uses fat free condensed milk.
