This man had 'escaped a war ravaged country' the moment he stepped over the Sudanese border.
The moment he entered Europe should have been the moment he claimed asylum - these are, after all, the rules.
If this chap was wanting to claim asylum in the UK, he'd've made himself known to the authorities the moment he entered the UK - as mushroom has stated, this chap's intention was to disappear into the black economy.
