To all you good samaritans
This is less a question and more a thank you to all you who love your pets and open your hearts to rescue abused and abandoned animals as well. Where I live there is a 4 lane bridge over a river. At work (at a vet clinic) we had a long haired cat brought in by a woman who had scene someone try and throw the cat off the bridge from there moving car! She stopped and held up traffic on the bridge to bring the cat to us. The cat "Bridgette" as we named her had no broken bones, or terminal internal damage even though she had hit the bridge railling had multiple bruises and cuts all over as well as being malnourished and dehydrated! She is now at a foster home for the local shelter and recovering well all thanks to a great woman who had a heart! Terrible start but at least it has a happy ending! So thanks to all you who care enough to take good care of your animals and who have adopted pets from your local shelter- I believe that every pet has a story and it is our job to make it a good one!
Cheers

I will say one thing I strongly believe. People who are cruel to animals and children are the cowards in life. They would be cruel to anyone, but only pick on those that can't fight back.
What a worthwhile job you have. Keep up the good work. xx
Very sad story....I agree with FP, I do think they people that do that are cowards. I too have a rescue dog that was cruelly treated by children and then went to another home and was cruelly treated by a man. I've had her 5 years now and I love her to bits....she comes before anyone. I respect you for what you do Kimmiebear, well done. x
