I Would Like A Camping Holiday In August In France But Not Normandy .
Does any one know of caravan or camping sites near Lyon France.Also can you get a train there from Cherbourg . Would weather be better there than Normandy? Thank you

You can get trains from Cherbourg to Lyon, but if you're relying on public transport getting out of the city to a campsite might be awkward.
