Wrong Car On Askmid
i changed my car in late january and as i had an online insurance company i transferred the insurance to the new car which was very easy to do, but out of curiosity i checked on the askmid site and was stunned to see that although the new vehicle reg was correct they had not added the make of car as the new one, so new reg on the previous car (which has now been sold) had to ring them up and the whole call took about 20 minutes, i did say to the woman that i thought they had forgot about me and she said that they had logged onto askmid to check for themselves, obviously she said it was not their fault (blamed dvla) but still took a week for it to be put right, got nothing to say sorry. so would advise people to check askmid
