Flour-Free Pancakes - Very Delicious

This recipe is intended to make the smaller American-style pancakes, not the pan-sized ones. i suppose we'd call them griddle cakes in size.
Squash up a ripe banana in a bowl, beat in two eggs, fry spoonfuls on both sides like pancakes.
I used a ceramic pan and spray oil but I expect any frying oil or butter will do.
They need to be smaller dollops as they don't hold together as much as flour pancakes at first, but oh my, very very good to eat.
Had mine with fresh raspberries and fat free yogurt
