What Funny Thing Can You Recall That's Happened To You Or Someone Else ?

So , i was in Specsavers opticians the other day .

All the staff were in a fluster , because there was a sound in the store which they couldn't identify or where it was coming from .
It was a high pitch 'noise' but not loud loud .

They were looking up at the smoke alarms on the ceiling in bewilderment
Where was this noise coming from ? they were asking each other .

Anyway i had my consultation - left the store with the noise still there .
I was walking up the street when i realised that i could still hear this sound

Funny - i thought - how come i can still hear that noise ?

Anyway, i took my phone out of my pocket to check something or make a call ( i cant remember ) , only to discover that the sound was coming from my phone .
It was a ring tone which had somehow or other been accidentally activated .

Should i return to the store and apologise , i briefly thought .
No i decided , and hurried up the road .

Hi, Baz....bit like my journey from Leeds on a packed train during some terrorist scares....
Stored my case in the luggage compartment.....and, part way through the journey, my travelling alarm clock went off.....☺

I once took my Down's Syndrome cousin to the pictures - she was highly intelligent tho, anyway the projector man stopped the movie and one of the staff came in and said - could the person with the alarm clock PLEASE turn it off and indeed it was like an eccentric very old lady who kept the clock in her pocket. I asked cousin did she hear it and she said YES. That was funny.
