Yes, it does cheer me up, I can see daffs. shivering as they emerge from the snow to which we awoke this morning! More snow today than anytime since we arrived last March. :(

Not really. Both of my parents died at this time of the year (and my sister`s husband) so I think it`s rather gloomy. Roll on summer.

It has Bazile. Got me thinking of a tidy up in the garden. Planting hanging bakers, mowing the lawn ect.. Time yet though.

I've had dads out since December and still have them going strong along with crocuses and iris, probably some more bulbs if I went looking. Camellia and Magnolia are going strong......despite the frosts over past couple of nights.

It's not. Not until the equinox.

Weather isn't bad though. Mild winter. Probably pay for it in terms of loads of pests that didn't die off as usual during the winter.

The winters are definitely getting better .

My kids wouldn't beleive that there were winters, when the snow laid on the ground for weeks .
