What a beautiful house - but what an enormous task! They said at the beginning of the programme that the couple had £20,000 to do all the work, but the heating system alone cost £18,000. I agree naomi, and that was just the heating for a few rooms, and they have to be renovated yet.

The cost of the yearly maintenance is going to be a fortune, plus furniture etc.
