Cleaning Teeth: Rotating Brush Or Water Jet?
1 Answers
{Presumably this is the right "pigeon hole" ...}__ I am not sure which type of teeth-cleaning method to use: rotating brush or water jet? I want to ensure that no plaque "grows" on the teeth, though I do get an annual professional scrub-up. Perhaps somebody knows of comparative tests, such as Which? Thank you.

Because they are designed to be used as well as a brush and not instead of. They replace dental floss or interdental brushes. I use a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush which doesn’t rotate but vibrates and find it works well.
