I need to wake up slowly in the morning. I also HATE being tickled. So if I am woken up by being tickled, this is going to make me feel murderous. FOR AGES. I know its only fun, but it really does wind me up.

What makes you really boil up quickly?

But BM, surely if you have sold your (ahem) 'maidenhood' to a Saudi Prince to finance your old boiler then you are going to have to smile sweetly at his test tickles?

I'll note that for the future BM...... ;-)
How about being tickled after you've woken up?
Anything where I have to follow instructions and the dreaded words "to hear these options again press the hash key"
waiting for someone to answer the phone, when you get option 1,2, 3, 4 10 and so forth.
BM - your lord and master or a mere human?

No Shoota. Just no. But if you do, just make sure you have an escape route......

Emmie and Ummm, that's a very close second for me! I once ended up yelling to some electronic switchboard thing and unbeknownst to me the operator could hear me.
Christmas in November :-) :-)

A mere human, Wolf. ASBO sometimes tickles me with his whiskers first thing and so he gets dumped on the floor. But then he comes back and does it again. And then we have a fight. And then I go to the bathroom and clean up my blood............

pmsl Anne........

(Sorry)
I love mornings!
What makes me murderous? Where do I begin? Stupidity and cruelty to animals.
And not being able to find trousers I like!
People who fail to understand something perfectly simple, even after you have explained it a dozen or more times.

I really like mornings, Islay. I just like to meet my morning slowly and gently, without tickling........
I love me a bit of tickle in the mornings!
Question Author
Yeah but you are weird, Islay.

NoM, I get that to a point. At work I sometimes have to explain things many times to people, but I take the view that it is not their fault its my fault for not adjusting my message to my audience. However, on the other hand "I really do need that boiler engineer out TODAY because, for the 15th time I am damn cold and havent showered for 2 days, why is that so difficult a concept?" repeated ad nauseum to the rental agents did get me a wee bit wound up. Along with "no, stop it, stop tickling me you ****** ******, why? because I hate it, no stop, stop now. RIGHT I AM GOING TO PUNCH YOU".......... and then I'm completely with you!!!!!!
I found out early in my married life that my wife does not like to be tickled early in the morning and needs at least an hour in her own space and no talking first thing.

It happened early one morning in the kitchen. I gave her a tickle and she turned round with a very large carving knife in her hand pointing at my stomach, narrowed her eyes and said "Don't, go away!!!"

Lesson learnt well, because I'm still alive and we've been married for 47yrs now ☺☺☺

OMG SlackAlice. Your wife and I have SO much in common!! That made me laugh out loud. Yep I need an hour to myself and no talking.

During the build up to a row, with an ex, I went into the kitchen to prepare supper. He came in and said "can we continue?". I gave him my best steely glare and said "No. There are knives in here". He left, quickly.
Lol hubby has learnt not to try and cuddle me or be grope me when I am in the kitchen as there are too many knives handy!!
