My First Hearing Date In Sheriff Court Glasgow Has Been Postponed

my first hearing date in sheriff court Glasgow has been postponed. However when i go to court the guy on reception told me its been postponed for one month. What its means?

the guy told me that prosecutor do it for further investigation. does it mean that they does not have enough evidence against me or what?

there is a delay of one month

there has already been a decision to prosecute / bring the case - so there may be more evidence to gather but it is unlikely to be in your favour

I notice that you are Sikh - dont be too reliant on British Justice coming out right - you need a lawyer of which there are plenty in Glasgow.

The complainant was drunk- I assume you mean. Was this the case involving your girlfriend?

but how can they charge me for 2 month old assault as per police.
