Saturday. No frost! I'm watching the winter olympics. Just been watching the curling. Most enjoyable.

Prepping for tomorrow's dinner party today, make the pud, go to the farmers market to get some huge mushrooms for the starter. Then it's watch more winter olympics.

That's today sorted.

Happy cooking on Saturdays Boaty. Kitchen is fixed up with full Sky+ package so I have all the sport running. Make some bread and a steak pie later. I will be plenty warm enough as well then.

We took the boy out for his first outing yesterday. OH MY GOD... What happened to the weather. It was like being in the arctic circle. Brrrrr.... xxx

Morning All !

I expected a hard frost last night, as it was so cold yesterday, but no sign. Its going to pee-down for most of the day by the look of it.

Yesterdays funeral went rather well. My neighbour who died, was a carpenter and the car park of the Crem. was packed with vans, most of the lads coming in their work clothes ! And I was concerned as I had brown shoes on, as I couldn't find my black ones !
