Tuesday. Dull and gloomy, not me, outside! It finally stopped raining last night. I hope it stays dry today. We shall see. Yesterday was a catch up on recorded telly programmes.
The back hedge needs a haircut, but it won't get it yet, too many wee burdies nesting in it, so it will have to wait until the little'uns have been booted out.
A trip to Wotton-under-Edge today, to my favourite organic shop. Might have lunch out while I'm at it.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning balders. That's what I thought! :o}
How's things in hernia bay? Getting back to normal after the invasion over the weekend?
Morning Boaty and Baldric. Sounds like my lawn will be a foot high by the time I get back. (Well, I did tell my son not to bother mowing when he calls in to check on post etc.)

The family have deserted me for most of the day. Have been watching the guys cleaning the windows of the new Four Seasons Hotel opposite in course of construction. It's now nearly as high as the adjacent Petronas Towers and would you believe no cradles for the workers - they're dangling on ropes from the very top! Scary just looking at them. I guess the maintenance cradles will be installed later.

Just around the corner, there's another new build which is already higher than the Petronas Towers. So yes, Boaty things have changed since you were here.

Indeed they have arrods! I'll bet they don't still use bamboo scaffolding!

Morning by the way!
One of the worst things is the traffic. Took nearly an hour for a taxi to get us to a restaurant last night and less than 10 minutes to get back. There's a lot of jostling for position, cutting up, pushing in - and yet absolutely no sign road rage and hardly any horn blaring.

I don't think a satnav would do any good if I drove here. You've got to anticipate so far ahead if you want to get across 3/4 lanes of traffic and I don't think a satnav would cope with that. Colleague here says satnavs keep losing signal anyway because of the high-rise buildings.

That's one thing that hasn't changed! It was always somewhat chaotic.
I'm popping out now Boaty so I wish you a happy day.
Question Author
Say Hello to the place for me arrods, have a great day. :o}
Good morning all.

Morning danny. All well mate?
Question Author
Heavy cloud rolling in again, that might mean a change of plan.
Gmorning WBM and all. Back to work today - yuk! It's warm & damp here and the TV pixilated when the aerial is wet, so can't get any news.
Question Author
Morning tam xxx You do have fun my lovely! ;o} Most annoying I would think.

How are you this morning?
Question Author
I would guess water is getting into the box where the cable is connected to the aerial.
Morning all, grey and grizzly down here, moderately warm but the heating still on for the 80 year olds here....
Is the box on the roof with the aerial?
Question Author
Morning DT. Mines on the keep the place dry!

Al well mate?
Question Author
Yes tam, it is. It's the most usual reason for it.
