Wednesday - midweek - only a couple of days until another weekend and we possibly have a heatwave coming our way.

Sadly my husband and I were outbid on the house we had set our heart on - oh well, back to the drawing board.

Morning NoM, 1ozzy etc- been up all night talking to himself because that's the only time I get with him until July (damn international timelines) soooo tired and filming today as well :/

Morning 1ozzy. It is a shame about the house but when houses come up for sale in that area and in that price bracket, there's such a scramble that sometimes you struggle to even get a viewing. It's getting to the point that vendors can just name their price and pick and choose who they let view the property.

Myself ... well my eyes are hanging out on stalks. I've been awake since just after 2am and my back was hurting badly so I've taken Tramadol and Ibuprofen and now the former is making me exceedinly drowsy. Thankfully OH always does the first feed of the day, so I could go back to sleep.

At last! Can't blame the poota or t'internet this time. didn't get to sleep until about 0130, guess who was responsible for that! She's now crashed out on the bed oblivious to the world. She manged to cut her paw on something behind the shed, don't ask! So I was up with her feeling sorry for herself. It will heal OK but it's slowed her down for a few days.

I hope something comes up, Rowan, in that area. There's some outstanding schools to choose from and the whole area is just beautiful.

Sharon, I wish you a safe journey back. It's a year since I was in the States (Boston) and my OH and I would like to do a week at Disney, followed by a week at Atlantis in the Bahamas for our 50th Birthdays. Junior will be around 9 years old then, so it would be perfect for all of us.

Kval, you won't be able to keep that up for much longer without crashing and burning. It's so important to look after your health and lack of sleep can cause all sorts of underlying problems.

Sharon, OH's cousin, her husband and two boys have recently returned from 3 weeks at Disney. She's a 41-year-old School Teacher and the biggest kid you could ever meet when it comes to all things Disney. There are Disney themes and touches throughout their house.

WBM, it sounds like they are amazingly supportive friends. Friends like that are few and far between and worth holding on to.

We were last in USA in 1997 when Vera was recovering from the first cancer. We were in TerreHault Indiana, stayed with Vera's brother and his wife for six weeks. It's on the famous Route 66.
