Do you think Jason Mallinson, British cave diver, who led the rescue of 12 Thai boys & their football coach from that cave where they were entrapped, should be awarded for his bravery ?

Of course they should, they should be given the highest civilian medal possible. These are people who shun the limelight they just got on with the job. Unlike the publicity seeking Musk who then insults one of the divers. I hope they do sue him.
I have no doubt that the Thai government will present them with awards.
Were the divers paid? As in it was their job?

Musk had nothing to do with the kids yet out of the hospitable and charitable big heart offered to invest his own time, money and resources which is mighty big of him.

Yeah give the diver a medal if it makes him happy.
yes......an MBE my bloody efforts

Yes, by the Thai Government.
Something from the Thai government to all of them would be appropriate. Great job!
Yes they do and I'm sure they will be.

What is it with this adoration of the Musk-rat.....?
Agree that the Thai Government should in some official way recognise all the bravery shown, in the eyes of the World they are heroes all.
Thank you for BA.

Spath, cave divers are used to diving in caves. It's what they do.

Well in all honesty he’s done one thing wrong by saying what he did but a million things right regarding his career and space travel.

When there’s an asteroid hurtling to obliterate earth and the only way off this planet is on a SpaceX flight to mars I’m sure you’ll forgive him.

Spath, what I’m saying is that cave divers aren’t terrified of the enclosed space. They choose to dive in the most inhospitable of places.

Spath, no. If they were scared they wouldn't do it.
