I chose England and not the UK because such crimes as black on black stabbings and shootings, Pakistani child grooming gangs and terrorism seem to mostly take place in England.

Cultural attitudes which are not acceptable to the majority are involved in behaviour we find abhorrent
Some of the problems are due to inequality of opportunity, poor parenting, family instability and poverty. No one thing is to blame but we do have to be open to accepting multiculturalism while bringing some benefits has created a raft of problems. A raft that may well break up somewhat catastrophically some time in the future

Personally I am undecided, I feel my own life has been better for contact with those from other cultures but for big cities it had been pretty disastrous because of the inevitable ghettoism that has taken place and the conflict that this has caused. I am basically of the opinion that cultural practices should only be acceptable up to the point where they come into conflict with the law. Should not be taught in schools. I believe that a secular state would be preferable though and all displays of personal belief should be kept out of the public sector. I don't even believe we should have our public holidays based on the Christian (really pre Christian pagan) calendar
Many will disagree with me but it's my personal view.

The Police Force would be quite adequate, if we didn't have the problems caused by multiculturalism.

I think our governments have only ever played at it. multiculturalism is more than ethnic restaurants on the high street - and a few aspects of multiculturalism (eg child marriage, female circumcision, honour killings, etc) are illegal in the uk.

OP: We need more Police presence with more powers . Thousands more Police, its not just 'multi-racial' crimes that have increased. There are few deterrents these days. Watching Police Camera Action most of the street crimes are young white males. They break into houses, steal cars and take Police on nail biting chases ,get caught selling drugs, and them most get suspended sentences. Invest money in more prisons, harsher prisons and more Police. Make prison a place of fear -not a badge of honour!
