this ad (not for any brand or shop) was done for £50 and is better than that stoopid John Lewis ad which cost trillions (maybe slight exaggeration!)

I don't know about "Suck it John Lewis" but I think that John Lewis sucks. I've had truly awful so-called "customer service" from them, their stores are staffed by haughty and arrogant assistants and they don't even take contactless payments!

I have been vert disappointed with all the ads this year - I would like it if next year they just had a group of infants singing 'Away in a manger' There wouldn't be a dry eye in the house

Absolutely agree BOO, a million times better than the Elton John ad. which I can't stand. I always miss my lovely Mum at Christmas and I am now a total wreck, but it is lovely.

My brain goes into "power down" mode as soon as adverts come on so I haven't actually seen any Xmas ads. However, I fail to understand how anyone can be moved to tears by an advert - it's not real for heaven's sake!
