Cycle Rear Light Query

Have a Giant Flourish bicycle. Rear light no longer works and I can't work out how to remedy this. Looked on line and can't find anything out

Can anyone tell me how to get it to work again please

Try a phone call to the manufacturer's UK base on 0844 245 9030 or 0116 269 1600 between 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday. (The 0844 number is the one they publicise but it's expensive to call it. The 0116 number should get through to the same people at standard call rates). However I suspect that any decent cycle repair shop should be able to sort the problem out for...

The 0844 number may still be active but Giant (Liv) transitioned to their publicised Freephone number a few years back - 0800 0159 110 - although they will most likely direct you to your nearest Giant retailer.
