Thanks. The icicle consisting of orally I see and sickle is stretching it a bit
I presume 'flightless' should have appeared in the clue between 'a' and 'bird'?
No 'flightless' in the clue
Icicle - "eye sickle" (spot hook)
So how did herbage pick up about and ask about 'the flightless'?
no idea
I think Herbage was describing their parse, rather than giving it away?
