I think as I get older I worry less and always look on bright side ,so that makes me a glass half full person, what about you?

With respect Mamy ( I older than you , I think) it comes with age, things that used to worry you don’t anymore and as long as we have health we are rich

I’m the opposite of you bobbisox unfortunately, I’ve found the older I get the more I seem to worry, especially about silly mundane things, so I’ll come under half empty :(

That may be a part of it, in truth I have always been an optimistic person really so maybe I don't feel I have changed much at all.

I know how lucky I've been and still am and that counts for a lot.
I'm a - the glass has been knocked over person and there was nothing in it in the first place .

I know I have changed, a lot more laid back, I suppose that’s contentment with my lot in life
Teacakes , I’m trying to steer away from the B word now, I think we’ve been OD’d on it for the last 3.5 years

Oh dear. Difficult. My faith keeps me positive, but I worry about my family, various problems, and that brings me down.
Answerbank is like a talking therapy, but sometimes it too can put me on a downer.
But hey ho that is life, and I wouldn't want to change the challenging episodes one bit.
All the ABers have been kind to me one way or another, even though sometimes things get a bit heated.
So overall, my glass is both half full and half empty, and sometimes drained dry, and sometimes overflowing.
A bit confusing I suppose, but that's me.

Definitely half full. Always has been. But then I was born on a Sunday, so had a head start.
As a student I was befriended by an older Jewish lady with whom I became lifelong friends. A wise owl, was she. Her advice …. When life can’t get any darker it must get lighter … and she was right. Life changes. Take heed, Pasta.
