This is normal with women... depression or not... your hormones will change, and you will feel differently at different times. I think the important thing is not to stop any treatment you are having because you "feel better" and continue it anyway. Crying is actually a healthy sign, so just be gentle with yourself for now, and if it doesn't seem to lift, when you would normally expect, look for some extra help x

One of those time will tell things. I can get awful PMT which really knocks me for six emotionally, as well as the pain and feeling crappy generally, it's not a nice thing, especially when you've not been feeling great generally.
Once I realise it is likely to be PMT that sometimes seems to help a bit, so I hope that might help a bit too with you, but it can be really difficult when you are suffering from depression too and trying to work out what is what.
Have you got support around you and have you spoken to your GP about things generally? Make sure you take care of you the best you can, have support around you, or at least just a phonecall or message or post away if you aren't feeling much like company. There are always people about on here.
Maybe do something nice for yourself, get yourself some treats in and have a duvet day, read or watch something uplifting, meet some friends for a coffee or make some plans to look forward to. Just little things and small steps, if you can, to get you through your period and see how you feel then.
If you do tend to get bad PMS then it's worth a chat with your GP about it, about how best to manage it with the depression. Make sure you have the support when you need it.
With it being the weekend now, if you need to talk to someone then the Samaritans are always there to help, for anyone who is not feeling OK, at any time, however big or small the problem.
