Something For Our Nhs Workers To Look Forward To?

Heard yesterday that Rick Astley is to get together with some of his showbiz chums and put on a free concert for NHS workers. Think I heard October mentioned.
And just heard on the radio that the Jockey Club are to distribute 10,000 tickets to NHS and care workers in the Merseyside area for the first day of next year's Grand National meeting. The opening day of the 2021 meeting will be renamed; 'Liverpool's NHS Day'.
No doubt there will be many more such instances of gratitude being shown.

Do hope so as they need all the support they get.

Also big thank you to supermarket staff, etc., who are doing a great job in helping everyone.

And bus drivers (especially one of them and one constable), etc. So essential in these straitened times.

We could probably compile a long list of those who are keeping the country running during this unpleasant time, at some risk to their own health. Perhaps a start could be made with workers who keep our essential services running. I am thinking of our gas, water, and electricity providers. Three cheers for you all!
