Read the handbook and/or take the old one out and have a look.

Taken from the Russel Hobbs maintenance manual for the RHM3002 bottom of page 8
I'd simply remove the buln and take it to a decent independent hardware store (or electrical appliance specialist) and say "I need one of these, please".

However the phone number for parts enquiries that's given in the manual is 0845 209 7461 (M-F, 0900-1700). They should be able to help you.

Thank for the nice replies, not the rude ones. I have lost the handbook and so don't know how to remove the old bulb but thought I would order a new bulb and try and find out how to do this while I wait for it to be delivered.
Apparently your microwave hasn't got a conventional bulb in it, although it can accept one. Scroll down to the post from Bob Mahon here:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/product-reviews/B00ESF6MKA

(Looking through some more of the posts there suggests that the 'bulb' failure is a very common problem with that particular model of microwave oven. However the same posts also seem to suggest that Russell Hobbs are helpful when it occurs. Try the phone number given above).
