any ideas for my auntie, shes 83, pretty fit and active, lives in a lovely bungalow and isnt short of money. she is a spinster and spent most of her working life in the army, so isnt a flowery chocs and perfume type of person.i end up buying the same things every year, jumper, soaps, writing sets. i'd love to get her something really different, that she'd enjoy, as she is a lovely person and very generous with all the family, always ready to help out in a crisis. any ideas gratefully accepted. thanks

She sounds like a resourseful type of women and things like that are always handy to have around. Its practical and recognises her as an independent person.
