tammy, wouldnt it be better to contact them and either get a refund on the subscription, or get them to help you make it work, rather than buying another one?

Hi everyone that answered my question about my ring doorbell not working. I rang them yesterday and a tech man went right through the set up with me and when it got to installing updates it wouldn’t update. So he told me he would send a replacement for free and he said he would like me to send my broken doorbell back in a prepaid envelope he was going to send with my new doorbell. So a fantastic ending. Thanks all for your feedback x
