morning, Wednesday midweek already, where do the days go. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I haven't as i did all the running around yesterday and got back just in time before the heavens opened again. So it looks like another quiet day.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 15c mostly sunny apparently. Makes a change from the endless rain we have had.

yesterdays blood pressure reading wasn't so high as last time i went to the surgery so that's good, but the guy wants me to buy a blood pressure machine to monitor it myself over 7 days. Which i am not sure about as medical DIY isn't my thing.
In the land down under we don't have to buy those machines, we borrow them.
You don't diagnose yourself.
The experts check the readings the machines record.

Keeping well?

Question Author
its raining again, i thought that we could have a clear day for once, not that i need to go out today.
I'm still being being annoying to some.
Question Author
why?
Rain beats drought.

Talking from experience;-)
Because I can!!
Question Author
we have had so much rain lately that many roads have become flooded across the country. Not good. I don't think we are in any danger of drought.
Question Author
ok so you can be annoying to some, it doesn't mean that you always are.
Lots of towns not far from my neck of the woods have been flooded and cut off from society.
Not good.
Question Author
no it isn't good all round. Here some people are losing their homes to the flooding, i am only too happy to be living in a flat above the high water levels we have been experiencing.
So what's on your menu tonight Em?

Vegetarian quiche tonight for us.
Feta, sun-dried tomato, baby English spinach and some other random stuff tossed in.
Served with a crispy side salad
Question Author

Question Author
