Town And Gown, Jericho Area Of Oxford.
I read in the news that a young man was stabbed to death in the Jericho area of Oxford last night.
I know there are some council estates in that city, would the Jericho area be considered a risky area?

It is an area near the canal and an art house cinema. My grandson is having his wedding reception in a very nice wine bar type place in Dec. The back of the old Radcliffe Infirmary which is now research depts is also there. Mainly terraced houses and I think a strong sense of community. I used to go there a lot but my poor mobility has stopped me going there so much.
There were 31 incidents of violent and/or sexual offences in Jericho during September
