Anyone Remember A Place In Greece From 2004?

My wife and I were going through a horrendous time and following Brian and Andrew's trials and tribulations as they started a new life in Greece provided an entertaining and welcome distraction before bed.

It is strange how some tv programmes and personalities stay with me and i wondered what had happened to them. In case anyone else is interested i found out it didn't have a happy ending. They were scammed by a new business partner and had to sell up and return to England to live with Brian's parents. Brian died of cancer not long ago. I will always remember that blerdy huge expensive window Brian insisted they had to have.

Nearly 20 rears ago, though! Where has the time gone? Before that there was Cheryl and Lee with the snail farm, France or Spain?

Yes, Brian and Andrew moved to Crete. Brian was a bit of a nightmare but could be endearing, he was certainly the driving force in the relationship.
Their frinds Peter and wife also bought in to the build and Brian wanted his huge window to drop down into the middle of their downstairs apartment.

I remember it well, did they ever get the big window installed? Or was it too heavy in the end so they had to rethink it?

As far as I can remember they did get the big window of Brian's dreams but it was very problematic and hugely expi
